Statement about your relationwith Yamaha or your instrument:

I love to play on my instrument because it helps me to realize my inner vision of the music and being projected out to the audience.

How does your instrument help you in your daily life as an artist?

It is very natural and easy to play. The sound quality, the great mechanical parts and the intonation are inspiring me to practice and perform.

How would you characteriseyour instrument?

I highly professional and artistic instrument.

Who was your most influential teacher and is there any advice which you still follow?

Stanley Drucker at Juilliard School of Music in N.Y. His advice: "Love your music, love your instrument and never forget; you shall play the clarinet!"

Advice for a young musician:

Focus on the passion for life and art. Enjoy playing the clarinet on your own highest artistic level. Focus on what you self can do without too much comparison with others.
